Pixar Ball Amigurumi Pattern

Pixar Ball - amigurumi pattern by loopycathrine

Taking a little break from all my usual Pokemon amigurumis to make something a little bit different.

I wanted to crochet something that wouldn’t need a lot of experimenting but couldn’t think of anything… I was watching my usual Disney Park’s vlogs on YouTube, and someone was visiting the new Pixar Hotel in Anaheim and it hit me: the Pixar Ball! So here we are.

I decided straight away that I wanted to make sure it was as round as possible, so I went to my local craft store and bought a couple of polystyrene balls to use instead of toy filling.

I would absolutely love to make more patterns that aren’t just Pokemon, so if you have any suggestions please drop them in the comments - I would love to hear your suggestions.

This should be a fairly beginner friendly pattern, so grab your yarn and your hook and let’s get started!

YARN & HOOK

  • 2mm hook

  • Stylecraft Special DK in Citron and Turquoise

  • Red felt

  • Polystyrene Ball - approximately 24.5cm circumference
